求助运行python程序出错了，ExtractionError: Can't extract file(s) to egg cache

去百度上google了一些资料，看了一下，基本就是修改权限，设置环境变量等等的 ，试验了一下都失败了，请各位朋友帮忙了，小弟先谢过咯
