Qualifications/Requirements：
Five - seven years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly on mobile phones.
At least 3 years experience managing software testing teams
At least 1 yr of experience working in multi-national teams that reside partially in Beijing and partially in the United States
Experience with Android, Symbian and Linux development is desired in order to be able to write test tools.
Must be creative, have strong problem solving ability, good verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to deliver cutting edge technology in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
Responsibility:
Work directly with partners and customers of RealNetworks to ensure quality and integration of RealPlayer in partner products
Create, maintain and execute QA Test Plans and test cases for complex features surrounding the RealPlayer and Helix DNA technologies
Participating in the Helix Community, through email, IRC, and helping to bootstrap contributing developers.Provide improvements to documentation and helixcommunity.org site architecture to improve efficiency of Helix Community developers, internal and externalParticipation and assistance with team functions (reviewing new community processes, documentation, etc.) Mentor and lead other developers within the team
