Enthusiasm for and experience with Microsoft products, and passion for Microsoft technologies.

MCSE Certification is required.

In-depth understanding of the following technologies:
    1.Windows Server OS (2000/2003), including server management, networking, Active Directory, etc.
    2.Messaging product, including Exchange server and Outlook.

Managing and troubleshooting experience on Exchange Server is preferred.

Good Communication skill. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Excellent demonstrated customer service skills, one year technical support experience is preferred




2、SQL技术支持工程师


Enthusiasm for and experience with Microsoft products, and passion for Microsoft technologies.

MCSE/MCDBA Certification is a prerequisite.

2+ years of Maintenance or troubleshooting experience on SQL Server database management and development.

Good Communication skill. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Excellent demonstrated customer service skills, one year technical support experience is preferred.

Knowledge on Networking, e.g. TCP/IP and HTTP is preferred.

Knowledge and skills on C++, .NET, SDK would be an advantage
