Write a CLI (Command Line Interface) program called TextBuddy using Java/C++ to manipulate text in a file. Here is a sample interaction with the program. Text in purple are commands entered by the user.

Note that mytextfile.txt is a parameter given when running the program. i.e., The name of the file is not always mytextfile.txt.

什么意思

还真没写过这类型的程序，还是头一回接触

从命令行参数args[0]获得一个文件名，
显示command并等待输入，
获取到输入的字符串，分别实现add ，display，delete，clear，exit这几个命令。

觉得这个java应该比c好实现一些。
